Granville Island Retail Space
Managing the Marina is only part of our business. We also manage several distinctive buildings where retail and office space is available for businesses wanting to locate to the very successful and unique Granville Island shopping district.
The retail locations we manage are on Duranleau, adjacent to the Granville Island Boatyard. This is across from the Granville Island Public Market that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Many of the businesses have a maritime focus.

Granville Island Boatyard
Come down and enjoy the beautiful yachts on the hard undergoing repairs at the Granville Island Boatyard. The boatyard boat lifts, which can lift boats up to 65 feet in length, are always busy pulling them out for a power wash or repair. Enjoy a coffee and watch the pros at work.
