Managing the Marina is only half our business. We also manage several distinctive buildings where retail and office space is available for businesses wanting to locate to the very successful and unique Granville Island shopping district.
The retail locations we manage are on Duranleau, adjacent to the Granville Island Boatyard. This is across from the Granville Island Public Market that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Many of the businesses have a martime focus.
