We are now offering private moorage at our marina right on Granville Island beside Bridges Restaurant. We have a few slips available between 30 to 45 feet. Please use the form below. Give us your boat details and any special requirements.

Please note: We have no live-aboard moorage and no transient moorage available. Sorry about that!

Managing the Marina is only part of our business. We also manage several distinctive buildings where retail and office space is available for businesses wanting to locate to the very successful and unique Granville Island shopping district.

The retail locations we manage are on Duranleau, adjacent to the Granville Island Boatyard. This is across from the Granville Island Public Market that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually. Many of the businesses have a maritime focus.

Come down and enjoy the beautiful yachts on the hard undergoing repairs at the Granville Island Boatyard. The boatyard boat lifts, which can lift boats up to 65 feet in length, are always busy pulling them out for a power wash or repair. Enjoy a coffee and watch the pros at work.
