Granville Island, Vancouver BC

The Working Waterfront Behind the Island

Maritime Market & Marina is not the Public Market. We're what's on the water's edge. Five buildings, 85+ independent businesses, a working marina, and commercial space for lease in one of Vancouver's most recognized destinations.

Who We Are

Commerce, Craftsmanship, and Life on the Water

Maritime Market & Marina is a privately managed waterfront commercial property on Granville Island. We operate five buildings home to artisan retailers, marine service businesses, seafood suppliers, waterfront experience operators, and office space. Our marina holds 100+ slips in the protected waters of False Creek.

We are deliberately not a conventional commercial landlord. Every business is selected for fit. We look for independent operators, Canadian makers, and businesses that add to the character of this waterfront rather than dilute it. If your business belongs on the water, there is likely a place for it here.
