Granville Island Speech

Granville Island Speech is a boutique speech-language pathology clinic in Vancouver, BC, established in 2016 by founder Vinni Panikkar and operating for over 10 years. The practice takes a client-centred, relationship-driven approach to speech therapy, with personalized care that connects communication to mental health and emotional well-being.

Their services span individual, group, and online therapy for all ages, available in-person at the clinic, in-hospital, or in-school. Areas of support include receptive and expressive language, speech production and fluency, voice and accent modification, neurological condition management (aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dementia), social communication and autism spectrum support, and ADHD-related communication challenges.

The clinic, located at 208-1807 Maritime Mews, is staffed by nine clinicians with 40+ combined years of clinical expertise, all certified through Speech-Language & Audiology Canada, the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC, ASHA, and the Registry of Autism Service Providers. They're open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, to serve children, youth, and adults.
